Question: In the book of Revelations there is a Scripture that says do not add or change these words (something like that). Is it referring to the book Revelations only or to the other books in the Bible?
As the warning is in Chapter 22:18–19, it is implicit that it applies to Revelation. However, great men of learning are also divided as to the same question.
The decision is left to the reader, but IMO the hearts motivation needs to be examined by both the individual or Group, as to the reason for wanting to change the words!
What must be born in mind is the clear statements of Paul in 2Tim.3:16–17, and 2Peter 1:20–21!
In my own case, I trust in The Holy Spirit “the Comforter”!
As Jesus said, “I will send the Comforter”, who in that case was guiding the Apostle Paul and others!
Also the same would apply to the Moses’ situation.
It is common knowledge that enemies of the Bible, and Almighty God, make as much play as they are allowed in the world, and on this Forum, for example, to unsettle the “seekers” of the Truth of Almighty God in Christ Jesus!
The Truth however will prevail, and His Word “will not return to Him void”, Isa. 55:11!
To summarise; all the enemy's people and their attacks will not prevail against God’s Word, and they will be dealt with at Christ’s return!
Please read and absorb 2Timothy 3:16–17, and rest in its Truth.
