Salvation for Sincere Remorse!
Question: According to Hebrews 6:4-7, I can’t repent and come back to Jesus. I’m doomed for judgement and Christ won’t be standing with me. He’ll be my judge. Is this true?
Paul was speaking in AD 53 approx.; and the context was his efforts with the Jews, which changed in AD 62/63 approx.
The context of Pauls’ teaching was the Sacrifice of Christ Jesus for the Jewish rejection of Him; which became de-facto at Acts 28:25–28; and which now leaves the Jews in the “Lo-Ammi” condition, which will remain until the events of Zech.12:10!
As is made clear in Pauls’ comments and enactment of Isa. 6:9–10; the prime object became the Gentiles after that enactment; and also those Jews who could see through the “vail” on Jewish understanding, of which there are very few!
All Gentiles are welcomed by the Holy Spirit of Christ Jesus, to enter into His Salvation at any time during their flesh life; so long as it is sincere; and that their lives show the effect of their “Conversion”!
